“Groundswell” exhibit at Artspace Jackson Flats

“Groundswell,” an exhibit including work in a variety of media, from more than 50 artists with disabilities, will run through Nov. 30 at Artspace Jackson Flats, 901 18 ½ Ave. NE.

Participating artists are part of the Interact Center for Visual and Performing Arts creative hub, which includes more than 125 artists and actors with disabilities. Interact aims to create art that challenges perceptions of disability. It is the first and only organization of its kind in the world creating full-time, professional-level work in both the visual and performing arts.
