Gun safety conversation with St. Anthony Police

Representatives from the Safer Families, Safer Communities Project; the Be SMART Campaign to Reduce Child Gun Deaths; and the St. Anthony Village Police Department will share information about responsible gun storage at home during “Keeping Kids Safe: An adult conversation about kids, guns and safety,” Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 7 pm, in the St. Anthony Community Center Multipurpose Room, 3301 Silver Lake Road.

Participants will talk about how we can all help reduce the number of unintentional shootings that occur when kids get a hold of an unsecured gun. Free childcare will be provided. If an interpreter is needed, call 612-706-1170.
