The Columbia Heights Public Library, preparing for their move to Central Avenue, will close their present facility at 5 p.m. Friday, May 27. The book drop will close June 3.
They anticipate re-opening, at the new location, on June 25. A ceremony and open house are being planned, watch the Northeaster for details.
Books checked out from Columbia Heights can be returned to any metropolitan area library during the closure.
