Heights Pride Festival

Saturday, Sept. 23, 10 am-4 pm, Kordiak Park, 1845 49th Ave. NE. Free. Local LGBTQIA+ performances, kids’ activities, vendors, food trucks and more. Info: https://heightsnext.org/events/pride/. Pet Pawrade: Saturday, Sept. 23; registration at 11:45 am; parade starts at noon. The parade will travel through the Columbia Heights Pride Festival within Kordiak Park. All socially friendly pets are welcome to participate dressed in a costume or Pride attire.  Feel free to dress up along with your pet. Prizes awarded after the parade. Pride of homes tour: Sept. 23 & 24; any time, all over Columbia Heights. Celebrate Pride by driving, walking, or biking through the city to view all of the outdoor exhibits representing Columbia Heights Pride. Host an outdoor display to proclaim your support or just be a spectator. Exhibits should be on display by 9 am Saturday, Sept. 23 through 7 pm Sunday, Sept. 24, but feel free to decorate earlier in the week.
