HeightsNEXT is hosting their third Dog Day event, Saturday, Aug. 17, 9:30 am-1 pm, at Kordiak Park, 1845 49th Ave. NE.
There will be vendors selling items for humans and pets, a bouncy house, a Hawaiian BBQ Food Truck, a K9 Police demonstration, dog-themed art projects, and new this year, “Pup Strut”, a one-mile Walk-a-Thon to raise money for SACA’s pet food department (suggested donation is $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-18, children under 5 – free).
