August 30, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Event Navigation
An interfaith panel, including Jewish, Muslim and Christian travelers, will share their insights from a recent visit to Israel and Palestine, Tuesday, Aug. 30, 7-9 p.m., at Northeast United Methodist Church, 2510 Cleveland St. NE. There will be a gathering and refreshments at 7 p.m. and a program starting at 7:30 p.m.
The group travelled as part of a multi-narrative tour sponsored by United Theological Seminary. They visited peace-building groups and holy sites, and sought to gain an understanding of the conflict and prospects for peace. Tom Duke, coordinator of the Saint Paul Interfaith Network, will moderate. Participants will be invited to join in the discussion. The event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration not required but is appreciated.
