Compassionate Ocean Dharma Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, is hosting a two-session introduction to Zen meditation and related practices, Mondays, Sept. 26 and Oct. 3, 7-8:30 p.m. Michael O’Neal, a guiding teacher at the Center, will present the free classes.
