Compassionate Ocean Dharma Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, is hosting a two-session introduction to Zen meditation and related practices, Mondays, Oct. 8 and 15, 7-8:30 pm. Michael O’Neal, a guiding teacher at the Center, will present the free classes. Participants should plan to attend both sessions.
