Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, is hosting a two-session introduction to Zen meditation and related practices, Mondays, Feb. 4 and 11, 7-9 pm. Michael O’Neal, a guiding teacher at the Center, will present the free classes. Participants should plan to attend both sessions.
