Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, will offer a free two-part Introduction to Zen Practice mini-course. Offered Mondays, Oct. 4 & 11, 7-9 pm. This is a two-class introduction to Zen meditation and related practices. Guiding Teacher Michael O'Neal will lead this program, which is intended to be a starting point for those curious about or new to Zen. This course will be offered on Zoom.
