Juneteenth celebrations at the library

Hennepin County Library is celebrating Juneteenth with crafts, cultural demonstrations, storytelling, singing, drumming, theater, and more. Activities will include a Juneteenth celebration at Sumner Library, 611 Van White Memorial Blvd., Thursday, June 14, 5-7 pm, and a poetry reading and conversations with Keno Evol and Lisa Marie Brimmer of BlackTableArts, Thursday, June 28, 6-8 pm, at Minneapolis Central Library, 300 Nicollet Mall.
