Larry McDonough Quartet at Aster Café

Aster Café, 125 Main St. NE, will host Miles of Pianos: The Larry McDonough Quartet Plays the Music of Miles Davis’ pianists Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, and Chick Corea, Sunday, April 7, 8-10 pm.

The Quartet will begin with the Bill Evans Trio in 1961 at the Village Vanguard, then with Herbie Hancock’s music throughout the 1960s, concluding with the jazz fusion of Chick Corea’s first Return to Forever group. Families and students are welcome.
