Logan Park to host “A Matter of Balance”

East Side Neighborhood Services, Northeast Senior Services, and Logan Park are partnering to offer “A Matter of Balance,” an eight-session class for those 60 and older about exercises to improve strength and balance, and practical ways to prevent falls. The class will meet Fridays, Sept.23-Nov. 18, 10 a.m.-noon, (no class Oct. 28), at Logan Park, 690 13th Ave. NE. The cost is based on a sliding scale.
