Making Healthy Places

The Minneapolis Parks Foundation opens its 2022-2023 season of the Next Generation of Parks Event Series with Nisha Botchwey, PhD, Dean of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Her ground-breaking book, Making Healthy Places, provides a thesis for exploring the intriguing interplay between our built and natural environments and individual and community health. The event is free and will take place at the Mill City Museum, 704 2nd Avenue S., on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 7-8:30 pm.
