Managing chronic pain during a pandemic workshop

According to the National Institute of Health, chronic pain affects more Americans than diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Juniper offers an online workshop for anyone who lives with, or has a loved one who lives with chronic pain.
Living Well with Chronic Pain, a six-week workshop, aims to help people learn strategies to overcome frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep; exercises for maintaining and improving strength; appropriate use of medications; how to evaluate new treatment; and the importance of good nutrition. They are also a way for participants to connect with and support others as a community. July offerings:
