“A Matter of Balance,” a falls prevention program for seniors 60+ will be held eight consecutive Tuesdays April 2-May 21, 10 am to 12 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE. This program is for you if you are concerned about falls, have had a fall in the past, restrict activities because of concerns about falling, want to improve balance, flexibility and strength.
