Matter of Balance, an 8-week fall prevention workshop for seniors 60+ to be held Tuesdays April 4-May 23 , 2- 4 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington Street NE. Free, but preregistration is required before March 21 by calling Parish Nurse Kathy Rosenberg, RN, at 612-296-1812. Class size is limited – sign up soon.
