St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 2739 Stinson Blvd. NE, will host Memorial Blood Bank on Monday, Aug. 23, 1:30 to-6:30 pm in Doran Hall. There is a constant need for blood; Minnesota hospitals use 700-800 units of blood each day for victims of trauma, or burns, surgical patients and cancer patients.
