Memorial Blood Drive

Memorial Blood Centers will have blood drives Thursday, Nov. 21, 1:30-4:30 pm, at RSP architects, 1220 Marshall St. NE, and Monday, Nov. 25, 2-7 pm, at St. Charles Borromeo, 2739 Stinson Blvd. NE. Donors in November will be automatically entered to win one of five pairs of tickets to a Minnesota Wild game this season.
Blood donors of all types, especially O, are urgently needed to step up and replenish the dangerously low blood supply. Donors should be in good health, free of antibiotics for 24 hours (unless taken for preventative reasons), symptom-free for at 72 hours following a cold or flu, and 17 years old or older (16 with written parental consent). Walk-in donors are welcome, but appointments are encouraged. Info and registration: mbc.org.
