Minneapolis Riverfront Summit and Film Festival

The fifth annual Minneapolis Riverfront Summit and Film Festival will be Monday, Oct. 24, at 6 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.), at Mill City Museum, 704 Second St. S. The event will feature the winning films entered in the Mississippi Minute Film Festival – a collection of 60-second-long films highlighting the role of the Mississippi River throughout the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area. Minneapolis City Council member Jacob Frey will talk about the ways the river is the engine for change in Minneapolis.
