Want to fix up your hardwood floors but don’t know how to do it yourself? In this weekend workshop from the MN Tool Library you’ll learn from an expert about what a project like this entails, from visioning it out to the nitty gritty of sanding techniques and finishing options. This class will not have time to get into specific project questions; however, participants are encouraged to bring photos and questions that may be useful to go over as examples.  Guest Rate: $65, MTL Member Rate: $50

Bring some green to your kitchen, and always have fresh herbs on hand! In this workshop, participants will plant a small indoor herb garden in terracotta pots to take home. We’ll cover tips on how to plant and harvest herbs, along with a discussion of indoor plant care and the benefits of organic gardening practices. Herb options will be basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, sage and cilantro.
