Mississippi Pearl unveiling

Art to Change the World will unveil “Mississippi Pearl,” a collaborative artwork made of things found in and along the Mississippi River. The event will occur at Homewood Studios, 2400 Plymouth Avenue North, Minneapolis, Friday, Nov. 11, 5-8 pm. The creation of Pearl was funded by a Mississippi Water Management Organization Stewardship Fund Program grant and directed by artist Barbara Bridges, who guided a scientist, journalist, mayor, teachers, and artists to complete the work.
