MSP Film Society Virtual Cinema

MSP Film Society continues “We the People: Required Watching,” its ongoing series of films that speak to systemic racism, with Melissa Haizlip’s documentary “Mr. Soul!,” a tribute to her father Ellis Haizlip’s groundbreaking television variety show SOUL!. The film opens Friday, Aug. 28. There will be a community conversation about the film, Monday, Aug. 31, at 7pm. Register online.

In anticipation of Fashion Week MN, MSP Film Society will present “House of Cardin,” opening Friday, Aug. 28, which offers a rare peek into the life of legendary fashion designer Pierre Cardin.
