Silverwood Park, 2500 County Road E., St. Anthony, will host a New Year’s Eve celebration, Monday, Dec. 31, 5:30-7 pm. Participants can create a festive hat, visit the photo booth with family, and roast marshmallows. Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
