A free NewU Meditation Seminar will be held Wednesday, Jan. 30, 6:30-8:30 pm., at the Meditation Center, 4054 Van Buren St. NE. The interactive presentation is meant to provide insight into a healthier lifestyle through a basic, nondenominational meditation.
