The Northeast Commjunity Band will begin its 22nd season 7 pm Thursday, Sept. 12 at Edison High School, 700 22nd Avenue NE. French hornists and percussionists are in particular demand. The band meets every Thursday, 7-9 pm, Sept.-May. Annual dues are $60. necbinfo@gmail.com
