East Side Neighborhood Services will hold a caregiver support group meeting via Zoom, Wednesday, Dec. 16, noon-1 pm. Caregivers can get connected to community resources, meet and support other people with similar experiences, learn easy self-care strategies and coping techniques, vent, and share personal experiences.
