Open Streets Northeast is August 5

The Northeast version of Open Streets will be Sunday, August 5. The route will run along Central Avenue from north of Lowry to 18-1/2 Avenue NE, from Central along 22nd Avenue NE to Monroe Street, and Monroe Street to East Hennepin. Hours are 11 am to 5 pm. To volunteer (which could include additional hours for set-up and cleanup), to get a spot to promote your business along the route or to sponsor the event, visit https://www.openstreetsmpls.org/northeast.

Open Streets closes the streets to motor vehicle traffic in order for pedestrians, people on bikes and other non-motorized transportation, to enjoy activities. Motor vehicles will be able to cross the route at some intersections.
