Peacock Cabaret to feature legendary Judith Stein

The Twin Cities Burlesque Academy (TCBA) is thrilled to present the legendary Judith Stein, “The Lady Divine,” as the featured performer in “The Peacock Cabaret,” Saturday, Sept. 14, Lush Event Center, 990 Central Ave. NE. Ms. Stein, 71 years old and a Burlesque Hall of Fame international honoree, will also teach her acclaimed workshop, “The Art of Connection,” Sunday, Sept. 15, at TCBA, Straightline Dance Fitness, 34 13th Ave. NE, Suite #104. Known in the global burlesque scene for her humorous solos, outspoken wit, and captivating storytelling, Ms. Stein will lead the cast of The Peacock Cabaret, hosted by industry giant Miss Astrid (NYC), starring award-winning TCBA headmistress Ophelia Flame, plus academy faculty and local luminaries Elektra Cute, Anytime Jones, and more. Audiences can expect humor, glamour, and vintage-style striptease juxtaposed with a modern sensibility.
