Polish-American Cultural Institute of Minnesota, 43 Main St. SE, Suite 228, will teach a Polish Paper Cutting Class, with instructor Katie Ritchie, Saturday, Oct. 27, 1:30-3:30 pm. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Children in 4th grade and above are welcome. The class size is limited to 15. Participants must bring their own scissors.
