Pollinators, Plants and You!

Nativity Lutheran Church, 3312 Silver Lake Road, is hosting Pollinators, Plants and You!,Saturday, March 5, 10 a.m.-noon. The free gardening event, for all ages, will include discussions and activities on pollinators, garden mechanics, and starting seeds in milk cartons. There will be a seed exchange and kid’s activities.

At 10:30 a.m., Dawn Pape, author and “Lawn Chair Gardener,” will discuss how to make a difference by gardening. Pape will conclude her talk with a puppet show based on her book, “Mason Meets a Mason Bee.” At 11:15 a.m., kids and adults are invited to play a Monarch game. Child care is available.
