Prepare + Prosper seeks tax season volunteers

Prepare + Prosper (P+P), a Twin Cities nonprofit that provides free tax preparation and financial services, is seeking volunteers to help low-income households this tax season. P+P trains volunteers to prepare taxes and work one-on-one with customers at tax preparation sites, including East Side Neighborhood Services. Volunteer positions include: customer service specialist, financial advocate, tax preparer, and tax reviewer. Additionally, P+P is looking for volunteers who speak Spanish and Somali. Tax knowledge is not needed for all positions. P+P is holding volunteer orientations through Dec. 20 at their main office in St. Paul.
