If you have successfully completed a state-approved 8 hour defensive driving course, you are eligible to take a 4-hour defensive driving course to renew your insurance discount certificate. This is taught by AARP. Monday, Feb. 13, 9 am-1 pm OR Monday, April 10, 9 am-1 pm. John P. Murzyn Hall, 530 Mill St. NE. Preregistration required: 763-706-3730. Cost is $29 per person.
