For more than 30 years, the St. Anthony Fire Department has helped Santa and his reindeer with collecting for families in need. Leave unwrapped toys at the curbside or wear a mask. Track Santa via GPS at savmn.com/santa.
Acceptable Toys for Tots donations: new unwrapped toys, cash/check (checks made out to Toys For Tots). Acceptable Nourish 282 donations: cash/check (checks made out to Nourish 282).
Santa on the fire truck begins at 5:30 pm each night: Sunday, Dec. 13 – south of 34th Avenue NE and west of Silver Lake Road; Monday, Dec. 14 – south of 37th Avenue NE and east of Silver Lake Road; and Wednesday, Dec. 16 – north of 34th Avenue NE and west of Silver Lake Road (all of north of 37th Avenue.) Please note: firefighters will attempt to limit close contact and will not hand out candy canes this year.
