Save a life, give blood

The need for blood is constant, but due to the pandemic, many drives have been canceled or postponed. To replenish supplies for Twin Cities’ hospitals, trauma centers, and air ambulance bases, more healthy donors are needed at blood drives and donor centers in the coming weeks. Appointments can be made online at MBC.ORG or by calling 1-888-GIVE-BLD (888-448-3253).  The Bloodmobile will visit Bauhaus Brew Labs, 1315 Tyler St NE, Saturday, Aug. 7, 12-5 pm;  Indeed Brewing,  711 15th Avenue NE, Monday, Aug. 16, 12-5 pm; and BW Packaging Systems 315 27th Ave NE, Wednesday, Aug. 25, 8:30 am-1:30 pm. As a thank you, all presenting donors through Aug. 26 will be entered in for a daily chance to win Minnesota State Fair tickets.
