Silverwood Park activities

Silverwood Onstage will host Big Cats, Wednesday, June 29, from 6:30-8 p.m., for an evening of outdoor music. The concert is free and open to all ages. In case of rain, the concert will be moved into the visitor center.

Felted Pictures, Thursday, June 30, 7-9:30 p.m., create a dry-felted picture inspired by botanical drawings and flora. The cost is $15. Reservations are required. This program is for ages 12 and older.

Sunset Yoga Series, Tuesday, July 5, 7-8:15 p.m., renew while practicing yoga. The cost is $12. Call 763-694-7707 to register. Walk-ins are welcome. With a punch card, attend five times and the sixth class is free.

Family Clay for Adult and Child: Summer Games, Wednesday, July 6, 10-11:30 a.m., or 5:30-7 p.m., go for the gold at the Animal Olympic Games, and work together to create a clay project inspired by Minnesota’s famed animal athletes. The cost is $18 per adult-child pair. Reservations are required by the Monday prior to the program. This program is for ages 3-6.

Date Night, Friday, July 8, 6-9 p.m., bring your date (or BFF) to Silverwood to connect with the elements of nature, enjoy an evening of “Clay ‘n’ Play,” an outdoor activity, and an evening by the fireside. Dress for indoor mess and outdoor weather. Wine and beer are allowed (hard alcohol is prohibited). The cost is $25 per couple per session. Reservations are required by the Monday prior to the event. This program is for ages 21 and older.
