Make and Take with Puppets ‘n’ People, Wednesday, July 13, 5:30-7 p.m., make a bird puppet to take home and get a sneak peek at what the Puppets ‘n’ People’s artists are creating for the Things with Wings series at the end of July. This program is free and open to all ages.
Silverwood OnStage presents the Dan Israel Band, a free outdoor concert, Wednesday, July 13, 6:30-8 p.m., in the amphitheater. This concert is free and open to all ages. ]
Silverwood OnStage presents Things with Wings, Saturdays, July 16 and 23, 10-11 a.m., or noon–1 p.m., watch nature-inspired puppet shows presented by Puppets ‘n’ People, who created puppet shows for the big bugs exhibit at the Minnesota Zoo. This program is free and open to ages 4-12.
Sunset Yoga Series, Tuesday, July 19, 7-8:15 p.m., renew while practicing yoga with instructor Laura Craig. The cost is $12. Call 763-694-7707 to register. Walk-ins are welcome. With a punch card, attend five times and the sixth class is free.
Walk with a Photographer, Wednesday, July 20, 8-9 a.m., grab your camera, join fellow photographers, and share shooting tips. All skill levels and camera types welcome. This program is free and open to all ages.
Silverwood OnStage presents Brian Laidlaw and the Family Trade, a free outdoor concert, Wednesday, July 20, 6:30-8 p.m., and a free “Silverwood Silverscreen” showing of The Last Waltz, 8:30-10 p.m.
In the Park After Dark, Thursday, July 21, 8:30-10 p.m., discover fascinating things occurring outside when the sun goes down. Bring a flashlight and dress for the weather. S’mores and hot chocolate will be provided. The cost is $5. This program is open to all ages.
