Singing the Christmas Story with St. Luke

Catholic Eldercare will host a free presentation on Monday,  Dec. 3, 1:30-3 pm at the MainStreet Lodge, 909 Main St. NE. The birth of Jesus as told in St. Luke’s gospel is surrounded in song. And people have been singing about this birth story ever since. Join presenter Carolyn Bliss to take a look at the songs of Luke, Chapters 1-2, and the hymns and carols that have grown out of the words of Luke 2:1-14.
