Spring 2018 Columbia Heights Recreation

Pre-registration is required for all represented below. Contact our office at 763-706-3730 or go to our website at ci.columbia-heights.mn.us and click on “Recreation” to view the Spring Heights Happenings. Register online at  chreconline.org. Like their CH Recreation Facebook Page. Summer Program sign-up for ages 4 and up in May. All summer programs will provide free lunch for all youth again this season.

Spring Classes

Spring Dance Classes: (Mondays) Pre-school-5th grade, April 30-June 25 (no class May 28). Mini Recital included, $40.

New Creative Dance Classes: 5th-12th grades, Wednesdays, April 4-May 30, (no class May 23). Creative Movement: 5th-8th graders, 5:30-6:45 pm. African Dance (Umfundalai) 9th-12th graders, 6:45-8 pm.

Spring Athletics

Spring Tennis Clinic: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Girls & Boys, Grades 3-8, May 24, 29, 31 and June 5. Grades 3-5, 4:30-6 pm. Grades 6-8, 6-7:30 pm. $35, (includes t-shirt).

Girls & Boys Summer Basketball Clinic: Grades 3-8, Early Bird Registration save $10. Monday-Thursday, July 19-July 12, 6:30-8:30 pm. Earlybird $30. $40 after June 10, (includes t-shirt).

Mites T-ball: Kindergarten-1st grade, Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 5-July 31, $30, Sign up early if you are interested in a particular park: Keyes, McKenna or Huset Park.

Squirts Baseball: 2nd-3rd grade, Monday & Wednesdays, June 4-July 30, $35. Sign up early if you are interested in a particular park: Keyes, McKenna or Huset Park.
