Spring desserts class at the Ukrainian Center

As part of its cooking series, the Ukrainian American Community Center, 301 Main St. NE, will hold a cooking class, “Ukrainian Cuisine: Spring Desserts,” Saturday, May 18, 10 am-noon.

Chef Hillary Robertson will provide hands-on training to prepare traditional Ukrainian spring desserts, with some easy-to-make recipes to celebrate the flavors of the season, including Ukraine’s favorite, Kyiv Torte. Ingredients and utensils provided.
