St. Anthony Winter in the Village

Merchants at the St. Anthony Village Shops will host their annual Winter in the Village event Friday, Dec. 7 with horse-drawn trolley rides, a scavenger hunt and all sorts of fun activities for families while waiting to take a ride. Sign up in person for a time after 3:45 p.m. The event goes from 4-8 p.m. Buses for the Chamber of Commerce lighting contest voting leave at 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30 and 7 p.m. from the shopping center as well, 2900 Pentagon Drive (which is where Kenzie Terrace meets the St. Anthony Parkway and Highway 88 intersection).
Featured activities include: Happy Feet Scavenger Hunt, hot chocolate thanks to Step-by-Step, mini masterpiece painting at Cheers Pablo, food sampling at Annona Gourmet, tea tasting at Tea Source and “S’more fun” activities at the Shops.
Activities with times certain include: Make recycled book page snowflakes at St. Anthony Library 4- 5pm.Visit Santa at Autumn Woods 4:30-7:30 pm. Craft corner, face painting, cookies and more at Fitness Crossroad 5-7 pm; snowball fights indoors for the little ones at Fitness Crossroad 5:30 & 6:30.
Participants are asked to bring a new, unwrapped “Gift for Seniors” to donate (selected stores have collection barrels).
