Art and music line the Minnepolis riverfront on West River Parkway. 250+ artists, culinary arts, music, food and beverage vendors and activities for all ages. The Art of the Car, a vintage and classic car display. The festival grounds will span the riverfront area on W. River Parkway from Portland Ave to N. 4th Avenue. Saturday, June 18, 10 am-7 pm and Sunday, June 19 10 am-5 pm.
