“Surviving the Holidays” Grief Support event

St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, will have its annual “Surviving the Holidays” grief support event to talk about how to deal with grief around the holiday season, Sunday, Nov. 17, 2-4:30 pm.

The holiday season can trigger sadness and despair for people grieving a loss. Those who attend will receive a Survival Guide filled with practical tips and more for daily help through the holiday season. The event is free, however, pre-registration is requested before Nov. 2.
