Every Wednesday, Indeed Brewing Company, 711 NE 15th Ave., donates taproom proceeds to nonprofits chosen by their employees or company as part of their charitable giving program, Indeed We Can. On Wednesday, May 29, 3-11pm, TC Food Justice will be that lucky nonprofit. TC Food Justice, or TCFJ, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Minneapolis tackling the issues of food waste and hunger in the community. Since March 2016, TCFJ has been working with co-ops, grocery stores, bakeries, and farmers markets to re-distribute their unsalable, nutrient-rich foods to local hunger relief organizations.
