Minneapolis-based textile artist and dancer Alexandra Beaumont will hold a solo exhibition, “Techniques for Ecstasy” at Public Functionary, 1500 Jackson St. NE. The exhibit explores communal spaces for dance and celebration. It will open on May 4 and run through May 25. It will be on view and featured during Art-A-Whirl weekend at the Northrup King Building.
