The Draft Horse presents Big Bottles and Shared Plates

The Draft Horse presents “Big Bottles and Shared Plates” with Chef Andrew Gerson of Brooklyn Brewery.  Chef Gerson will be collaborating with Chef Luke Kyle of The Draft Horse for a six-course dinner paired with some of Brooklyn Brewery’s most intriguing beers.  $100 per person (includes gratuity and tax).  Courses Include: Red Table Charcuterie with Brooklyn Bel Air, Vietnamese-style lake trout with Brooklyn Sorachi Ace, Roasted summer vegetables with Galahad, a Brooklyn Ghost Bottle, Dry aged beef tartare, asparagus emulsion, and pickled rhubarb with Brooklyn Discreet Charm of the Framboisie, A Brooklyn Quarterly Experiment, Braised Lamb Shank, seared asparagus, cabbage slaw, and mint sauce with K Is for Kriek, a Brooklyn Quarterly Experiment, and Cheesecake with rosemary honey with Intensified Coffee Porter, a Brooklyn Quarterly Experiment.  The dinner will take place Monday, July 25, at 6 p.m. at The Draft Horse, 117 14th Ave NE.
