Twin Cities Snowshoe Shuffle for Camp Bovey

East Side Neighborhood Services (ESNS) will host its 12th annual Twin Cities Snowshoe Shuffle at Long Lake Regional Park in New Brighton, Saturday, Feb. 11, at 9:30 a.m. Proceeds will provide scholarships for urban youth to attend Camp Bovey, a summer camp of ESNS, where kids learn to respect themselves, one another, and the environment.
The event is the largest snowshoe race in Minnesota and includes a 5K and 10K tracks for snowshoe racers, and Canines for Camp, a 5K dog walk. Walking or running with snowshoes is a fun and healthy activity for people of all ages. Race registration is $40, and $20 for students ages 13-23. The dog walk fee is $25. The fees include participation in each course, an event shirt, and a chili lunch post-race.
