VillageFest 2021

VillageFest returns to St. Anthony Village after its pandemic hiatus, Aug. 6-7. The annual parade kicks things off at 7:30 pm Friday, Aug. 6. Saturday, Aug. 7, is filled with activities at Central Park, beginning with a 5K Fun Run at 8 am, and a 1/4-mile Tot Trot for Kids at 9:15 am. Inflatables, games and food booths will be open from 11 am-9 pm; children’s games will be held from 11 am-4 pm. The beer tent opens at noon; a special New Villager Happy Hour will be held at 4 pm, to welcome residents new to the Village since 2019. A kids’ show, “The Pulse,” will open at noon, as will the silent auction,  vendor/craft fair and petting zoo. A punt, pass and kick competition will be held from 1-3 pm. Bingo will take place from 1-4 pm in the Central Park Pavilion. A Bags Tournament and Medallion Hunt start at 2 pm. Music will be supplied by NunnAbove from 2-4:30 pm and Papa John Kolstad will entertain in the beer tent from 4:30-7 pm. A meat raffle will be held from 5-6 pm. It’s all about teenagers from 7-9:30 pm. In2ition takes the main stage 7:30-11 pm. A fireworks display will start at 9:45 pm.
