Virtual Upper Harbor Terminal workshop

Friends of the Mississippi River (FMR) will present a virtual workshop about the Upper Harbor Terminal project on the North Minneapolis riverfront, Thursday, Jan. 7, 5-6 pm.

FMR’s team will explain the City’s redevelopment proposal, share why FMR is concerned about the project, and recommend ways to share your comments with the City.
