The Minneapolis City Council will hold a presentation and public hearing on Neighborhoods 2020 draft program guidelines Thursday, Nov. 5 at the Public Health and Safety Committee meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m. The proposed guidelines relate to equity, funding, and governance for the Minneapolis neighborhood organizations in 2021 and beyond. These guidelines are meant to preserve neighborhood organizations and create equitable communities in which all people are valued, all communities are engaged, and leadership mirrors the diversity of the city.
